Mother of All Nations Foundation, Move the World, and Street Children Empowerment Fund Ghana Join Forces for BECE Tour 2023
In a bid to combat the persistently high failure rates among basic school children in underserved communities, a collaborative initiative driven by the Global Fund for Children’s PEAK (Partnership for Educate, All, and Kids) https://globalfundforchildren.org/initiatives/partnership-to-educate-all-kids/ program has come to the forefront. The initiative, which saw local NGOs unite, has successfully executed the BECE Tour 2023, aimed at inspiring young children as they prepare to write their final exams.
The Mother of All Nations Foundation, in collaboration with Move the World and the Street Children Empowerment Fund Ghana, spearheaded this ambitious project, which has been welcomed with open arms by most schools within these underserved communities. The initiative represents a crucial step towards addressing the high rate of school dropouts that often follows the failure of children in these communities.
Leveraging the power of collaboration among local NGOs, this year’s initiative has achieved a greater impact compared to previous years and has been executed with remarkable ease. The partnerships forged through the Global Fund for Children’s PEAK program have played a pivotal role in the success of this venture.
“The BECE Tour 2023 has been a game-changer for these underserved communities,” said Zico Abubakar Ishaq Newton the Executive Director of Mother of All Nations Foundation. “Through the collective efforts of our organizations and the guidance of the Global Fund for Children’s PEAK program, we have been able to provide much-needed inspiration and support to these children.”
The BECE Tour 2023 included motivational talks, educational workshops, and the distribution of learning materials to students amongst many. Teachers and volunteers from all three collaborating NGOs worked tirelessly to ensure that the children were equipped with the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in their final exams.
The Global Fund for Children’s PEAK initiative has been instrumental in fostering partnerships among local NGOs, emphasizing the importance of collective action in addressing critical issues. By bringing together organizations like Mother of All Nations Foundation, Move the World, and Street Children Empowerment Fund Ghana, the PEAK program is effectively advocating for sustainable change within underserved communities.
“The power of partnerships cannot be overstated,” commented Miss Lawrencia Awuku, a representative of Move the World. “The success of the BECE Tour 2023 is a testament to what can be achieved when organizations come together with a shared goal of empowering and uplifting the most vulnerable members of society.”
In a world where education is often the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, initiatives like the BECE Tour 2023 are indispensable. Through collaboration and shared resources, local NGOs are making a significant impact on the lives of underserved children, giving them hope and a brighter future.
As the Global Fund for Children continues to promote the concept of partnerships through its PEAK program, it is clear that these collaborations will play an increasingly vital role in driving positive change and ensuring a better future for children in
