From Document to Dialogue: Making LaNMA’s 2026 Development Plan Accessible to All

At the Mother of All Nations Foundation (MoANF), we believe that information is the heartbeat of development. As we move through 2026, the “I Am Aware” project is taking a giant leap forward in its mission to transform service delivery of the La Nkwantanang Madina Assembly (LaNMA)

We know that Medium-Term Development Plans (MTDP) and annual Action Plans can often feel like complex documents reserved for offices and archives. This year, we are changing that narrative. We are bringing the plan to the people.

Our 2026 strategy is “From Documents to Dialogue.”

Our focus for 2026 is built on three core pillars designed to empower every resident of Madina:

  • Promoting Inclusive Governance: Ensuring that every voice including youth, women, and marginalized groups is heard in the halls of the Assembly.
  • Deepening Fiscal Transparency: Shedding light on how public funds are allocated, ensuring you know exactly where the money goes.
  • Enhancing Service Delivery Accountability: Strengthening the partnership between citizens and the government to ensure that schools, clinics, and roads meet the standards you deserve.

To achieve these goals, MoANF is launching a dedicated initiative to “decode” the latest Action Plans https://lanmma.gov.gh/download/20/annual-action-plan/3338/lanmmas-2026-annual-action-plan-approved-version.pdf from the MTDP. We aren’t just sharing information; we are making it understandable. Our team is hard at work to:

  1. Analyze: We are breaking down the technical jargon of the assembly’s action plans into clear, actionable points.
  2. Design: We are creating visual infographics, simplified charts, and easy-to-read summaries that highlight what projects are coming to your neighborhood.
  3. Circulate: Through social media, community flyers, and local radio, we are ensuring this content reaches you—wherever you are in Madina.

When you know what has been planned, you gain the power to ask the right questions. By strengthening the citizen-government partnership, we move away from a “wait and see” approach to an active “let’s build together” mindset.

When governance is transparent and inclusive, service delivery improves, and the entire community prospers.

Keep an eye on our website and social media pages as we roll out these simplified guides. Whether you are a student, a trader, or a local leader, these resources are designed for you.

Let’s turn the 2026 Action Plan into a reality that reflects the needs and dreams of every Madina resident.
