INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL CHILD:

This a pivotal initiative observed annually on October 11, established by the UN in 2011 to raise awareness about the pressing challenges faced by girls globally, particularly related to gender inequality, inadequate access to education, child trafficking, forced marriages, and fundamental rights issues. Our commitment to championing Gender Equality finds expression in our observance of this day. By recognizing and celebrating the International Day of the Girl Child, we contribute to SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 4 (Quality Education). We strive to create a world where every girl has equal opportunities, access to education, and the empowerment to fulfill her potential, aligning our efforts with the UN’s broader goal of achieving gender equality and ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all
