LEARN TO EARN is a project that helps train young people in any vocation of their choice for a maximum period of six (6) months after which they are given some seed capital as soft loans through small credit organizations to start their businesses with guarantee from the Foundation.
During these time, they are kept under the supervision of a mentor who will guide them throughout the six months to make sure they are well equipped enough to sustain their businesses and to also train others as they grow.
These mentorship training programmes involve guiding participants to understand and appreciate what goes into the preparation of business models, planning, sales and marketing as well as scalability plans for the future and those who are able to prove they are capable running on their own will qualify for the seed capital.
