60 young people from across Greater Accra during the lockdown were taken through a one-day super packed capacity building session to equip them with all the requisite knowledge and skills needed to become servant leaders in their community.

The workshop which took place at the Bethel Heights Hotel on Saturday July 18, 2020 – which had attendees mostly youths – from various universities with social entrepreneurial idea taken through design thinking process by Mr. Fuad Mohammed, a commodity trader for Ghana Cocoa Board and Mr. Abubakar Adam Zagoon, a Assistant research officer of Baraka Policy Institute took participants through Basic Research Methods and Proposal writing.
The purpose of training dubbed “CHANGE AGENTS’ BOOTCAMP” was to empower these youth and enthusiastic change makers with the needed skillset to become tangible community change agents who will have practical and innovative solutions to the needs of their community including the vulnerable ones during the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic and beyond.
